Movie Review: This is the type of movie that never gets old. With every time you watch it, your love for it will grow. Even after seeing tons of times, I laugh even at the simplest of jokes. The irony grows throughout the movie and the fight scenes never get old. The acting of Brad Pitt and the dry humor of Edward Norton makes this a near perfect movie. It is definitely not family oriented due to the language, violence, and sexuality, but honestly the movie would not have been the same without these elements. The movie goes into more depth than just a bunch of middle age men fighting. These people use the fighting as an escape from the reality of the world and to release their anger. It also develops into a story that plays with the mind and makes you think outside the box. It leaves you to make your own interpretation of what you have just seen. Fight club is an extremely entertaining movie with philosophical undertones. It’s as close to genius as you can get.

Honorable Mention: The Dark Night, Wanted, and Die Hard
